Libby Ahlstrom is a trauma informed somatic coach. She has worked with individuals, couples, adolescents and families. Previously, Libby was the Director of Operations and Program Development for a Tennessee based mental health/ addiction treatment center and moved into private practice in 2016. She is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Somatic Coach, Internal Family Systems informed (IFS) and an Accredited Member of The International Coach Federation (ICF). She continues to receive further training, with a current focus on Integrative Pelvic care and Integrative Breath Flow.
